My name is Andy and I offer home maintenance solutions to North East Scotland.

I started property maintenance part time around 6 years ago. This was a way for me to earn extra money around my full time job in preparation for the birth of my first child (there are now 2 on the scene who love to help out) After being made redundant in 2024 I decided to take a leap of faith and do property maintenance full time.
My​ goal is to offer services to people that are high quality work that is affordable and leaves my customers feeling that they got value from the transaction. At the end of the day whether buying a car or doing our weekly shop we are looking for the best value possible.
I offer services to letting agents, private customers and businesses like children's nurseries and care homes.
